For the easiest panel change, for aircraft type conversion or maintenance, each intelligent panel is connected by one single communication connector and one power supply connector.

EASE OF OPERATION

Each morning, the simulator automatically conducts self-testing. If it detects an issue it informs the maintenance personal, for example by text message, so that problems can be dealt with before the start of the day’s operations. In addition, since all sensors for testing are permanently installed in the simulator, it can run almost all annual re-qualification tests automatically, and generate completed eQTG documents that can be submitted directly to authorities.

This means reducing the maintenance required, making what remains easier to do, and minimizing the potential for unplanned downtime, to make operations more profitable for our users. Our modular architecture simplifies repairs and replacements, and our hardware is designed for long life. We build self-testing and self-monitoring into our systems, making maintenance preventative rather than reactive. That means much less unexpected downtime and more satisfied customers.

QUICK CHANGE FEATURES

The quick-change features are available for some simulator models such as the ATR 42/72, where configuration changes are typically accomplished in less than 30 minutes. This results in greater simulator utilization and increased ROI for the training center.
