As AI Solutions Lead, you are responsible for driving the practical development, implementation and integration of AI technologies across the company. In this predominantly hands-on role, you will design and build AI tools, processes and infrastructures while ensuring secure and scalable deployment of companywide solutions. Alongside active development work, you will guide teams in adopting modern AI capabilities, translate business and engineering requirements into robust AI applications and coordinate integration activities through to successful rollout and continuous improvement of new and existing solutions.
Your responsibilities
- Provide internal guidance and consultancy on AI tools, platforms and infrastructure
- Coordinate the deployment of companywide AI solutions, including infrastructure setup, documentation and implementation oversight
- Develop AI-based tools, processes and supporting infrastructure to enhance business operations
- Support colleagues and students in implementing new AI-driven solutions
- Lead knowledge-sharing activities such as workshops, training sessions and internal presentations
- Continuously monitor the AI market to identify new tools, methods and trends relevant to the company
Your profile
- Completed degree (FH/TU) in engineering, data science, mathematics or a comparable field
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with different categories of AI technologies (generative AI, assistants, agents, cognitive AI)
- Experience in deploying corporate systems with a focus on data security, infrastructure robustness and maintainability
- Solid understanding of engineering challenges, modelling concepts and preferably domain knowledge in an engineering discipline
- Strong communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of quality, responsibility and effective cost-feature balancing

The minimum salary for this position is € 42.000,00 gross per year, with the possibility of a higher salary for candidates with the appropriate qualifications and professional experience.
